Stamp image on a white piece of card stock and emboss. Color in with markers and cut out inside of frame with X-acto knife. Punch two very tiny holes (1/16" hole punch) at top of image. Punch one hole in the bow image. Attach jump ring and chain for hanging effect.

Use a deckle-edge scissors on both the decorative paper for the wallpaper look behind the image, and the textured baby blue card stock. Glue the wallpaper onto the card stock.

Adhere bow and image to card using 1/16" sticky back foam (sponge) so that they are slightly raised from the card backing.
