Mushroom & Asparagus Curried Salad

2 cups asparagus, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
1/4 pound fresh mushroom caps, sliced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 TBS. sour cream
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Fresh parsley if desired

Cook and chill asparagus. Mix remaining ingredients and combine with mushrooms and asparagus. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put on bed of lettuce and top with fresh parsley. Preparation is 15 minutes and serves 4.
